This peacock blue shawl is woven from luxury New Zealand made merino wool and a camel/merino blend called ‘Kaamera’. The yarn it has been woven from was milled by NZ company Woolyarns in Lower Hutt and is gorgeously soft and warm considering its lightness. (In our opinion, Woolyarns manufacture some of the very best quality fibres available in New Zealand today).

New Zealand merino wool is already renowned for its superior quality, and added to the warmth of the Bactrian camel fibre, the result is an alluring shawl with softness and elegance.

Our shawls are versatile because they are fine enough to wrap around your neck as a scarf when you need extra protection from the elements, and yet they have the width to open out as a functional shawl. Their width lends itself to use in meditation or for the savasana pose in your yoga practice.
